Details:

On WindowMaker when you run the first GNUstep app in your session, and you
minimize this. You can't deminimize it after. Or if the app become inactive
(for example gorm that just have panels) you can't active the app with a
double click on the icon. This just happen with first GNUstep app that you run
in your session.
