Details:
Using GNUstep drawing (not native) in-windows menus on MS-Window generate an
extra makeMainWindow event when a new window gets created.
For example, with ink.
1) start with one window
2) make a new document
window2 will correctly generate a make make main call and the old one gets a
resign main call.
However, the old one also gets a make main again!
Thus the application ends up with two main windows.
>From that point things get screwed.
