Details:
There is an incorrect #if defined(__APPLE__) test in
Source/Additions/NSThreads+GNUstepBase.m, which breaks compilation when using
gnu-gnu-gnu on Apple machines. This #ifdef really should check whether base is
built for *-apple-*.
