Status: None => Fixed
Open/Closed: Open => In Test

Follow-up Comment #3:
the template of each project contained LAST_EDITING so the check for null key
was invalid. I updated the project templates.
Furthermore I changed so that user-specific keys are merged in only if they
are really present.
