Follow-up Comment #4, bug #29781 (project gnustep): Fred, you're right. The point of this bug report is that changes to the color settings of Windows are not immediately reflected in the GNUstep applications (in contrast to "regular" Windows applications. Getting rid of color caching would come in handy for other theming environments (like GNOME) too.
