Failed building libobjc from gnustep-startup-0.26.1.tar.bz2

I am building gnustep-startup-0.26.1 on Cygwin. The step of building libobjc stops with the following error messages. (The gnustep-startup-0.26.1/build/logs.tar.gz file is attached with this email.)
