Details:

Trying to compile GDL2 (r32793) exposes a problem with GNUstepBase/GNUstep.h
(r27657):

#if     GS_WITH_GC || __has_feature(objc_arc)

I assume this was implemented for CLang compatibility, but there needs to be a
replacement macro be a preceding the test if llvm/clang is not used:

#ifndef __has_feature
#define __has_feature(x) 0
#endif
