Details:

Compiling files in -base including GSFileHandle.h I get the following warning
message:

In file included from NSFileHandle.m:33:
../Headers/GNUstepBase/GSFileHandle.h:109:27: warning: declaration of 'struct
sockaddr' will not be visible outside of this function
- (void) setAddr: (struct sockaddr *)sin;
                          ^

attached patch gets rid of the warning.
