Details:

attached is a small sample application with a window with three buttons.

those buttons have their "key equivalents" (shortcuts) set in interface
builder to be able to trigger the keys from the keyboard.

triggering the button with the shortcut key "s" works fine under gnustep, so
the feature and decoding it from XIBs seems to work in principle.


triggering the button with the shortcut key combination "alt-s" doesn't work.


triggering the button with the shortcut key "return" doesn't work either.

there is another bug visible here too. giving an button the key equivalent
"return" automatically makes the button the "default" button, which is drawn
"boldly", however this doesn't seem to work under gnustep.
