That's odd, it looks like libffi installed correctly, but for some reason the
test to see if it runs correctly in base fails. Do you have a recent version
of MinGW installed? It may also be that libffi is installed in a non-standard
path, so the dll cannot be found or something. It's might be better to install
in a standard location instead of home.
I'll also point out, that instead of compiling this all yourself, you could use
the GNUstep Windows intaller:
