Compile-Error Windows : native-objc-exceptions does not match that of gnustep-base

Have gnustep for Windows (downloaded from http://www.gnustep.org/experience/Windows.html) :

 

GNUstep MSYS System  0.29.0
GNUstep Core   0.29.0
GNUstep Devel   1.4.0

 

Get the following compile error :

If I change C:\GNUstep\GNUstep\System\Library\Headers\GNUstepBase\GSConfig.h :

 

#define BASE_NATIVE_OBJC_EXCEPTIONS     0

 

then the compile works !
