[bug #35379] Toolbar Fall-off Icon no longer visible on Windows XP

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #35379 (project gnustep):

All the other toolbar images are 48x48 pixels and I would like this one to fit
in with the other. It may have been better to just inclrease the border around
the old image. But this is really not my area of experiance.

I was hoping for Eric to have a look, but he is most likely busy with the
FOSDEM presentation.
