Follow-up Comment #4:
This still happens on all of my computers (apple macbook, virtualbox vm, sony
laptop) and is quite annoying. Setting GSModifiersAreKeys to YES also fixes it
for me. When I get a chance I will switch that to the default - so that will
mean removing support for the GSModifiersAreKeys default and creating a new
one, GSModifiersAreNotKeys.
