Details:

The in-window menu isn't displayed in some apps at launch. Attached image show
this problem with MyGL.app running on Xfce with Silver theme. At launch, the
menu isn't displayed and an empty bar is displayed at bottom. You needs resize
the window to display the menu or move one of the splitview.
