Details:

Currently NSBrowser is clunky it swaps its panes based on how far the
scrollbar is, instead of behaving more like the browser in OSX, which has drag
handles to arbitrarily resize panes, and smoothly scrolls through panes,
rather than clunking along at calculated intervals.
