The Drag and drop problem can be seen with Gorm: 1) Launch Gorm. 2) Add a window. 3) Add a button to the window. The result is an ugly square over the window icon. See attached file gorm.jpg. The tootip problem can be seen also with Gorm. 1) Launch Gorm. 2) Add a window. 3) Add a button in this window. 3) Add a panel. 4) Add a button in this panel. 5) Place the mouse over one button to display the tooltip. 6) Place the mouse over the other button to display the tooltip. The result is an ugly square over the previous button. See attached file gorm2.jpg.
