Update of bug #37233 (project gnustep):
Status: None => Ready For Test

Follow-up Comment #1:
I tested this on Mac OS X/Cocoa and all buttons get a "blue" color to indicate
that they respond to return. I also tested on OPENSTEP 4.2 and the buttons
do not get any kind of highlight.
After discussion with Riccardo, it seems like the best course of action is to
show the return image.
