Update of bug #36753 (project gnustep):

Follow-up Comment #2:
I will close this bug. ProjectCenter and other applications do work on windows
and latest need to be used, 0.6.1 is highly recommended, A user just reported
success with 0.3.0 and windows 7, after a problem he had to run "defaults
delete ProjectCenter".
