[bug #38017] Date formatting inconsistent with Cocoa when calling -descr

From: Richard Frith-Macdonald
Subject: [bug #38017] Date formatting inconsistent with Cocoa when calling -description on a NSDictionary containing NSCalendarDate objects

Update of bug #38017 (project gnustep):

                  Status:                    None => Fixed
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #1:

I had assumed that this was because we were using GNUstep property lists
(extended to handle numbrs and dates like XML property lists) rather than
OpenStep style property lists. But it turns out this was a bug in the
OpenStep style property list support. I fixed the code to use -description to
convert a date to a string in an OpenStep property list.
