You do not appear to have usable libgnutls headers/library.
Building without them will disable SSL/TLS/HTTPS in NSStream,
NSFileHandle, NSURLHandle and NSURLConnection.
If you really want to build gnustep-base without TLS support,
add --disable-tls to the configure arguments.
