Unable to compile Gorm on Debian 12

I am attempting to compile Gorm on Debian 12. I am running a clean install of Debian 12 running Andreas Fink's gnustep binaries (repo.universalss7.com/debian)

I am able to compile all my code and also projectcenter, so I'm pretty sure I've got a functional environment going.

When I try to compile Gorm, it throws an error trying to compile the Xib plugin
