I am Barrister Lawrence adesanya of ADESANYA & ASSOCIATES. This mail is written 
to solicit your assistance to be presented as next of kin to my Late Client 
(CHARLES BALASSI) who died in an air crash along with his wife. He made a fixed 
Deposit valued at USD15.5M (Fifteen Million, five hundred thousand United 
States Dollars Only) with a Security Firm here in Lagos. Unfortunately he lost 
his life aboard Egypt Air Flight 990, which crashed into the Atlantic Ocean on 
October 31,1999

clear beneficiary as Next of Kin excepting some vital documents related to the 
Deposit, which I have in my possession. The Governing Body of the bank has 
contacted me on this matter and I am yet to provide the Next of Kin to lay 
claim to the Fund. Based on the ethics and policies of the Deposit holding 
firm, these funds will be declared unclaimed funds and taken to the treasury of 
the bank as capital base of the bank, because already the account has been 
tagged dormant because it has exceeded the normal functional number of years. 

Under a clear and legitimate agreement with you, I shall seek your consent to 
be presented as the next of Kin so that the Government will not confiscate my 
late Clients’ Fund. For the sake of transparency on this matter, you are free
