groff's -mm macros have Moved the Footer in version 1.18.

Hi,

I've reported a bug on groff within my Ubuntu distro.

There's a couple of test cases given there.  I thought you may want to
be aware.  At least one of the test cases fails with CVS as of a
snapshot from a few days ago.  I've spoken to Joergen Haegg but he's a
bit too busy at the moment to look at it.
