COMMAND LINE:
test-groff -Z -Ww
DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR:
Hyphenation is Winch-es-ter instead of Win-ches-ter according to
the execption case.
Exceptional hyphenation in the "hyphenex..." files does not
work if the word has a captial initial.
Works if the word in the "\hyphenation" block begins with
a lower letter.
