DESCRIPTION OF INCORRECT BEHAVIOUR:

HM and FM are not properly set to 1.75 inches.  The default of

1 inch is being used.

SUGGESTED FIX [optional]:

Change lines 454 and 455 of s.tmac to the following:

454 .if !rHM .nr HM 1i

455 .if !rFM .nr FM 1i
