Changes:
- changed to \- if it is an option or minus
Space at end of lines removed
Extra space (\, or \/) put between roman and italic characters
- changed to \[en] if it means a range
Space between sentences changed to two
/ is the same in roman and italic font. Macro 'RI' used instead of
'I' or 'IR' and arguments increased by one
