Three man pages: The text "this .ig-section" no longer makes sense

  Commit f00378ada8106227d4cf2c052908051164380017 from 5th November 2017.

Changes in some man pages about copyright.

  Example:
...; with the
Invariant Sections being this .ig-section and AUTHORS, with no
Front-Cover Texts, and with no Back-Cover Texts.

"this .ig-section" is no longer visible, so this sentence (in three
man pages) needs to be reworded.

An old version of groff (1.18.1.4, September 2002) showed, that the
text was inside a ".ig" block.
