Details:

Rendering an mdoc(7) page followed by a man(7) page with continuous rendering
disabled leads to unhappy results with groff 1.22.4.


$ $ zcat $(man -w groff_mdoc groff_me) | groff -Tutf8 -t -man -rcR=0

Yes, that's right, 200+ useless blank pages.  groff_me page content, apart
from header information, never actually renders.

I'm reasonably confident this is caused by andoc.tmac not cleaning up the
traps that mdoc sets.
