MORE.STUFF: Add material about "mandoc" and "demandoc"

For example

mandoc

  Useful for checking for bad usage of conventions, style, macros, and
more with "mandoc -T lint"

demandoc

  The demandoc utility emits only the text portions of well-formed
mdoc(7) and man(7) UNIX manual files.  [demandoc(1)]
