Follow-up Comment #1:

I've fixed all of these collaterally to other commits I've made to grog(1)
over the past 2 years.  Rather than track down the individual commits, I'll
simply annotate the original report and confirm the resolution of each item.

Fixed by recasting.

This appears to a reference to excess space between macro arguments in a .BR
call.  The instance was a man page cross reference to groffer(1), so the
material was deleted when groffer was dropped from the source tree.

mandoc 1.14.4 (not the latest, I know) has no such gripes about the current
state of the page, and all the complaints it does have are inapplicable.
