    [man]: Sync continuous rendering space with mdoc.

    * tmac/an-old.tmac (an-end, an-header): In continuous rendering mode,
      use same spacing amount after header and before footer as mdoc in its
      own continuous rendering mode. Thanks to Ingo Schwarze for the
      suggestion.
