Follow-up Comment #1:
I don't get this diagnostic with the compiler version and options I'm using;
demoting to minor severity.
Also, the Austin Group had a knock-down, drag-out over yacc-related symbol
visibility within the past few months. Maybe that should be consulted before
deciding what the right solution is.
