And I don't know -ms's, so I can't tell at a glance which -me ones are
equivalent. The four -me regusters I mentioned in comment #2 (hm, fm, tm, and
bm) specify the spaces between, respectively, the top of the page and the top
of the header (modulo bug #60553); the bottom of the page and the bottom of
the footer; the top of the page and the top of the text; and the bottom of the
page and the bottom of the text.
