Follow-up Comment #1:

Closing as duplicate of bug #55789.

Documenting a new feature is part of the new feature, not a separate
documentation ticket.

Implementors should always write their own documentation.  And tests.  Or be
held prisoner by the people who have to do it, until it's done.
