It seems I have neglected to document two \X'pdf: ’ calls in the gropdf man
page, which may be useful here. They are pagename, which allows you to tag a
page with a name, and switchtopage which continues output before/after a named
page. So, for example, a TOC which has been collected in a diversion and is
emitted last may be switched to appear after a title page.

Mom uses these calls to implement the AUTO_RELOCATE_TOC command, but they
could be used by any macro. I will try to add to the gropdf man page.
