I use FreeMono as my terminal font and have been pleased with it for several
years.

Granted.  Do you think the instructions as they currently exist in the
_gropdf_(1) and _grops_(1) man pages in Git HEAD are an improvement over past
efforts?  Do they make the impulse for duplicative shipment of fonts less
acute?
