Please note that a program can not mess your computer : the only one
that can do that is "root" (whether your OS(es) know(s) the distinction
or not). That is : you. So please don't use such words.

It seems that you have installed the GRUB on the MBR. The solution is to
put back the previous MBR, or, simply to put a working program in the MBR.
The ways to do that depend on what you did. If you have DOS disks near
your computer, launch DOS and type "fdisk /MBR". If you have rescue
diskettes (you have, don't you ?), launch your OS via the rescue floppy
and install a bootloader you are accustomed with. If you have a floppy
with the GRUB (it is recommended --- specially in the doc --- to be
careful when installing on the MBR ; so always begin by an installation
on floppy, verify that your commands do what you expect them to do,
before writing the stuff in the MBR), start GRUB from the floppy, and
use the grub shell to start your OS : this way you will know what kind
of commands succeed, and you will be able to overwrite the MBR with a
working program...

And once you have one of your OSes running, read the doc : there are
always interesting things in it.
