No, but GNU recommends GPL rather than BSD-style license, so please
avoid using code under BSD-style license, whenever you can use
alternative code distributed under GPL (or LGPL).

Also, note that I prefer code whose copyright is assigned to the FSF,
to code whose copyright someone else retains. This does _not_ mean
that you shouldn't steal code from other software, but I'd recommend
writing code from scratch yourself, if that is feasible. For examples,
I stole code from Etherboot, because I didn't think it would be
worthwhile implementing network drivers myself and Etherboot was under
the term of GPL, while I wrote the serial device driver myself,
because that was really easy and I could find no FSF-copyrighted
serial driver.
