AFAIK, this is not possible with the GRUB, since GRUB can only load
format it handles : multiboot, Linux, *BSD (more or less). It can't load
PXE and NBI at the moment (the pxegrub is _not_ loaded via GRUB but via
you're PXE EPROM).
The solution i see is to use an etherboot pxe to load the mknbi-dos.
