This message is not from grub, maybe it's from the bios or some other
boot-loader.
It would help if you tell what BIOS and disk manager you have and
where you installed grub (MBR or to linux partition). When is it
printed, when grub boots linux, or before grub is started?
BTW the changes are:
28: size of partition in 512 byte sectors (if this is a fat partition)
changed from 10249533 to 63
71: (Name?) changed from "DATEN" to "\0O NAME"
