Yes, though there were a few more bugs fixed.

The official location is ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/grub/
Don't fear the name of the server, all grub-0.5.9x versions are
considered alpha.
You could also try the 0.5.96.1.cvs20010530-6 package from debian,
which is more up to date.
