grub not response with PC with USB input devices (mouse, keyboard)

grub not response with PC with USB input devices (mouse, keyboard) |

I have recently installed RedHat 7.2 which come with
grub as boot manager.
My PC does not response to GRUB's GUI interface. Will
it because my input devices (mousse and keyboard) are
USB?
