Here is my dhcpd.conf entry:

  host marge {
    filename "/linux/pxegrub";
    option option-150 "/linux/menu.lst"; 
    hardware ethernet xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx;
    fixed-address marge;
    option host-name "marge";
  }
