[PATCH] Support mktemp as well as tempfile for creation of tempfiles in grub-install |

This patch lets grub-install check for both /bin/tempfile and
/bin/mktemp for tempfile creation as Red Hat Linux ships BSD mktemp
instead of tempfile.
