Stage 2 error18, how to solve shis Problem

Hello

Recently I installed Mandrake 8.1 using Grub as a bootloader, however,
I'm having a problem to load Linux, and Win2000 is working perfect/
If initiated using the bootdisk works fine, but if I choose to boot
using my harddisk, it doesn't work at all, and shows me the following
message:

Error 18:

Selected Cylinder Exceeds maximum supported by bios

I'm not sure if I have to change some option in my BIOS, or if I need to
add an option on the menu.lst file.

I will wait for an answer
