I tried the following thing with the Procmail based mailing lists I'm in
charge of. I added a filter to detain all e-mail in HTML format. It
works very well against spam and clueless users. Maybe it helps against
viruses too.
It takes at most 10 minutes a day to reject or approve postings on hold,
so I'm surprized that GRUB doesn't use such filters yet.
