[wishlist] Grub needs a pager

Description:
        GNU GRUB is a great bootloader!  It can read filesystems, and
display files using the `cat` command.  However, if a file is greater
than the screen length, most modern displays will scroll too quickly to
read.

        I propose that we should get a pager.  It could be based on
`more` for now, and have the following syntax:

                more [ -n <lines> ] <FILE>

where <lines> is the number of lines on your console.
