Sudddenly it dawned to me: there is this thing with unzipping not
always working. And low and behold, when I unzip the ramdisk image
on my harddisk and instruct GRUB to use the unzipped image all's swell.
So now I'm looking for ways to tell GRUB to unzip a ramdisk image:)
