RFE for password protection

Hello,

LILO password protection means that the user can do
_nothing_ but boot the default kernel without password.

I can get this behaviour with grub by protecting all
entries but the default with 'lock', but this is rather
tedious and can easily lead to errors.

A global option: 'lock-all-but-default' would be much
appreciated. It's quite easy to implement by refusing
to accept arrow-keys (or ^ and v) while not
authorized.

I could try to come up with a patch, if the maintainers
will consider accepting such a feature.

Cheers,

Han Holl
