I have released patches to support El Torito (CD-ROM booting). The
patches are against 0.92 _CVS_ tree. They are here:

And a script to MaKe Bootable IMAGEs (mkbimage) can be found here:
http://corpus.polynum.org/admin/mkbimage
The more sensible solution for you is to create a El Torito HD image,
and to display all the choices via GRUB menu.lst.
